Serving Looks & Reading Books: Thrifted Finds + Thirteen Emotions
The motto: “serving looks and reading books.” Or writing books. These days, writing is actually more common than reading for me. It’s easier for me to jot down a sentence here and there than to have to focus on what a book is saying. You know, with twin toddlers begging for my attention no matter what I’m doing or how busy I am.
For me, serving looks and writing books is an art form. It captures the essence of creativity and self-expression. Each outfit is a carefully curated narrative, a visual story that reflects personality and mood, much like the pages of my novels come alive with vibrant characters and tantalizing plots. Just as I weaves words into compelling tales, my inner (and outer) fashionista crafts ensembles that speak volumes without uttering a sound.
The runway of daily life becomes a canvas where confidence is the brush and style is the paint, merging seamlessly with the written word to create an enchanting tapestry that inspires others to embrace their own stories, both through fashion and literature.
I couldn’t decide which video of the three “serving looks and reading books” I filmed to post, so I posted all of them. One on my author page, one on my personal page, and one on TikTok. I guess that’s the beauty of having multiple pages: more places to share bookish content. However, it’s also my downfall—having too many places to post things and to keep up with.
