5 Frugal Fits: Head-to-Toe Thrifted Outfits
For decades now—wow, I feel old—I’ve been obsessed with thrift shopping. It’s all thanks to my Grammy who took me to Value Village as a child to hunt for the best fashion treasures. Then, she started volunteering at a thrift store every Friday afternoon and that was dangerous. Her and the other ladies got first pick of all the donations and there was even a $1 rack. And guess what? She got 50% off.
It was insane. I used to love going to pick her up from a shift and popping in a few minutes early so I could browse. I got so many good things there over the years. And then, of course, I started thrifting on my own; in Sydney, New York, Paris, Toronto, Victoria, Los Angeles.
